*just be you*

This was my first go at embroidery so I didn't use my embroidery thread and fabric. I didn't use an embroidery pattern for this project I just free handed it with regular thread.

How I did this
  • Use any scrap of heavy, neutral fabric and an embroidery hoop that fits your project size
  • A regular needle
  • Regular thread. Since I used regular thread I threaded it through the needle about 4 times to make it thick.

  1. With a pencil, Lightly draw the pattern you want to sew onto your fabric.
  2. Thread your needle.
  3. Sew your pattern as you would hand sew, but before you move to the next stitch poke the needle through the middle of the last stitch from beneath.
